I'm with you -- Mueller looked legit to me in January.

Joey won 11-3, but only scored 2 points off his own offense.

Four points in the first came off a good Mueller shot that Joey managed to convert (plus 2NF) on the scramble. My recollection is that Mueller had plenty of good offense in the 1st besides the shot gone wrong.

Four points in the third came from Joey catching him on his back on a Granby.

I noted that the full 2-minute ride on the second was Jesse Dong-style up on his back for much of the time. dallasvt correctly noted that he never put Joey in danger, but a full ride was impressive enough.

There aren't too many major decisions where you think your guy was fortunate to win, but that felt like one to me.
